Amarita who's been you know working away in in the region now since 2021 when we actually won the IBW case probably have invested more than $60 million at this point.

Uh we have till December 15th I think is the date uh in which to determine whether we should file an appeal in the criminal courts or not.

suggest that that timeline October maybe by mid November sort of thing but um it's a it's a complex case

and they gave them six weeks to do that. So it's the process is pretty cut and dried once once the decisions are are done based on our experience with IBW.

They will now uh convene and review all the testimony that they've just heard.

we're probably looking at an airborne survey, I think, over the former Ontario claims, now in San Antonio and that whole belt, uh, and follow up to to really get that prep for drilling. Probably there are some targets, but it's likely going to fall into first quarter next year
