they had a federal and a state permit to advance the project to advance the mine to build the mine previously. Um and the Western Australian government in all standing there will there's a lot of noise about where they sit on uranium today. Um the current government has indicated that they will honor those past uh permits.
we have significant infrastructure already at the project. all the surface infrastructure that was there, all the underground infrastructure that's in place because the mine was in production back in the 2007208 time frame.
There's a history of permitting. there's a strategic partner uh in place and and and really quite compelling economics
