Management says the company trades at a 13% discount to net asset value ($2.70 share price vs. $3.10 NAV) while holding 1.5 billion warrants across 200+ companies. With less than $15 million raised since inception, minimal G&A (under 2% of portfolio), and strong insider ownership (45% by two principals), the structure offers leverage to junior resources at a controlled cost.

▼ Bear case

The outside view is absent—no independent investor or analyst has made a bullish or bearish case on Palisades itself.

The outside view is absent—no independent investor or analyst has made a bullish or bearish case on Palisades itself. All external commentary is sponsor-only, offering no independent validation of the warrant portfolio quality, NAV calculation, or management's capital allocation track record. The 75 million share base and 1.5 billion warrant overhang create significant dilution risk that has not been stress-tested by external scrutiny.

Monitor whether the NAV-to-price gap closes or widens as warrant valuations move; track any material distributions or further share buybacks (the company has returned $75 million in seven distributions to date); watch for any quarterly warrant revaluations or portfolio exits that validate the stated NAV. The lack of third-party commentary means market repricing would be the primary signal.

What was actually said
insider stake
Colin Kettell owns 23% of the company; Colin and Mike Parker own and control about 45%
“I own 23% of the company. Uh G&A is extremely low or under 2% on the annual basis of the entire portfolio value that goes towards uh G&A. And anytime we can cancel shares out or we can return capital to shareholders, I will note in a tax efficient way, uh we we go ahead and we try to do that. So, if I'm understanding what you're saying, uh you have returned to shareholders roughly five times the cash you've raised. Is that Is my math accurate? That's accurate, yep. Thank you. Uh and if you feel uh entitled to, when you talk about this uh strategic shareholder, does that shareholder have a name that you're prepared to publicly disclose? Yeah, it's it's already disclosed in in press releases. Uh it's just a gentleman out of Arizona named Mike Parker, and he's been a very significant backer for anything that I've done in the space of the last five or six years. So, between Mike and myself, we own and control about 45% of Palisades.”
Colin Kettell· 20 May 2026·
shares outstanding
75 million shares
“Uh we also have $5 e market. We're noticing that the market has significantly changed since 2024 and 2025. The opportunities that we had to get full warrants on high-quality deals is no longer present. The competition from other parties even through pullbacks is much stronger now to the point where we're not commanding the same terms that we were able to before. The same quality deals are not necessarily seeking capital that has a warrant attached. And so if somebody came to the table today and said I want to run this strategy, whether that's an individual shareholder or company, I would argue that the best of the best is already past and the opportunity therefore is really just to to look at owning portions of Palisades. We have I looked before the interview just to name a few names. We own 98 companies that we have over 3% of the company in warrants alone of venture listed companies. Companies that we own over 5% of just with warrants would be Global Atomic, Silverstorm, Copper Giant”
Colin Kettell· 20 May 2026·
warrants
1.5 billion warrants covering well over 200 companies
“through doing that, we now have a very significant uh, portfolio of warrants. Uh, the the number now exceeds 1.5 billion warrants covering uh, well over 200 companies in the space.”
Colin Kettell· 20 May 2026·

How to read this page

What is here

Statements made by company representatives in the interviews listed above — each one carrying the words that made it, the date, and the recording. Nothing is added from any other source: if it was not said on a recording, it is not on this page. The one exception lives in the Claims & Checks record, which cites a metal price from our own feed so a stated cost can be set against it — and labels it as ours wherever it appears.

What is not verified

All of it. Resource figures, economics, timelines and promotional framing are management's own representations, checked against no filing and no technical report. Transcripts are automatic; we repair a clearly mis-heard word but never a number, a date, a unit or a speaker's hedge — “about 8.6 million ounces” keeps its “about”.

How to use it

Treat it as a map of what has been said, not as a source of fact. Where a figure matters to you, open the recording and read the company's filings. Nothing here is financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security — these are interested parties discussing their own company.
