advancing mining projects into company-making assets
82 transcript-backed statements from 6 appearances, covering milestone, exploration upside, grade and other company claims. These reflect management's own framing and have not been independently verified.
now we have seven that could be standalone major mines that are going to be drilled in the next 18 months
we're seeing widths of 120 140 m about4.5 in that range as well.
We started to see the 0.5 to8% copper over tens of meters in the historical drill holes.
These are some of the best surface copper results I've seen globally in the past few years on a project that's never been drilled.
we've now extended that channel sample to 155 m of about.54% copper which is really high grade as well.
we recently announced 52 m of 1% copper which is incredibly high grade.
typic which has tens of meters of half a percent or better in certain windows
we're seeing grades that range between 0.5% copper to over 1% copper
we got 22 meters of 6% copper in some windows of a sea of pyite
you know 100 plus meters 8% copper a lot of over 1% or 2% copper over tens of meters on surface
we saw significant grades of copper you know much to what we're seeing on surface in the area over 200 m of half a% copper on surface and up to 120 m of the same or better in drill holes
everything we're exploring is open pit, meaning it would be right from surface. We're not doing any deep exploration. We're not looking for anything there. And we're seeing grades that range between 0.5% copper to over 1% copper
we've seen here is the hallmarks of a big scar system and the potential for major porefree system as well.
Sombrero is one of the most unique large scale scar alteration systems in the world that is yet to be explored properly.
Um, we have about a few million dollars in the treasury, not enough to go drilling
we are still well funded. We have capital through next June.
our treasury which currently lasts into the middle of next summer almost about 12 months of working capital from today.
our working capital takes us into June of next year quite comfortably
there's been tremendous amount of interest uh before and after I made that comment. Um there's uh well more a lot more capital than we need is being offered to us. Um expect a strategic style investment, one or two investors when we do it
we have warrants that are in the money, and we have a lot of options for financing here to consider, but we're in no rush to do a raise here in the next 30 to 90 days.
This project is is gathering a lot of attention from a lot of major mining companies and a lot of astute investors.
there's seven targets and 65 drill holes is what we have
And then uh of course uh the big announcement will be the drill permit. And just to give everyone context, you know, there's kind of a the market's improved a little bit. It's in pause waiting for I think the drill permit more than anything else cuz capital is not an issue for a good quality asset like this. Um the drill permit once that permit is in place and once the drills are on their way to the project where we've already secured a company with two drill rigs. Uh but once that's on its way, that's where the speculation not only happens with new investors, but existing investors generally will look for better returns and to see if if we start to find more copper, which obviously would create more value in the company. So I like to think everything is weeks away. Uh there is an election and runoff. We don't think that's going to disrupt any of this. Um I don't want to give a specific date of drilling, but we'll give updates here. But at some point here in the summer, we will start d
We will start drilling on Furaso first. And so we're going to come out with a lot of momentum this summer when we go and drill Furaso and then we'll expand that to Tippicona and work through some of the other targets that are adjacent or or slightly buried next to Furaso and Neoch and then we'll get towards Neoch at the end of the year
we're very very close within weeks we believe of getting this major permit we applied for last year
But at some point here in the summer, we will start drilling
we'd like to be in a position to drill 40 to 50 holes across these numerous targets.
we also have um a lot of permitting updates to come here in the next 60 days.
We had to come to terms with Aseros Serakipa who is a is a major steel producer in Peru. We've had a relationship with them for a decade to just do some some academic transferring of um of uh title and whatnot and assume some liability
There's been phase one drilling that's occurred. They're waiting for some permits and uh phase two drilling.
I think we'll have well over 10, you know, serious targets in that land position that we're advancing.
the second phase of drilling, which will start sometime later this year going into the first quarter of next year
I think a lot of results will come out between now and the fall
There's one last step here before we put permits in and then we will be counting down uh the months before we can actually go drill it, which lands us in sometime in the in the first half of next year is what we're anticipating. Um ideally in the the end of the first quarter or early second quarter be great
We expect that to change here in the coming weeks. We hope to have announcements about a lot of the permitting and updates here in the next 30 days
Capernico put out more surface results at the NEO target at the Sombrero project in Peru.
You've been working hard in Peru at your Sombrero project to get access.
They are exploring a project named Sombrero in Peru.
at the Sombrero project in Peru
That permit looks like it's it's actually a bit ahead of schedule than what we thought it would be at this time.
We will file the permit here momentarily. And we're not looking for a first permit in the region. We're looking for an expanded permit.
We are filing a second permit here that would allow us to drill 200 holes
It sits uh on the same trends or nearby as Los Bombas, which is the 11th largest copper producer in the world
We have a a very good team in Peru.
continue to create more and more agriculture at at the 3900 m elevation where this exists.
Our rapport has been been really positive with both communities that we're we're impacting in this region. We are working towards the second community agreement
we spent 10 years working on agricultural programs in the area bringing uh red meat livestock into the area so the communities can not only benefit from nutrition but be able to sustain themselves. Uh to date we've employed over 100 workers from the communities
this project, the Sombrero project in Peru
You've been working on this company and this project, the Sombrero project in Peru for over a decade
this is a a decade long pursuit of a world-class copper district in southern Peru.
In my first company, we went from 10 cents to $9 per share. We went from 0 to 5 million ounces of gold in a discovery.
as far as being a major shareholder of Capernacle myself
you have sulfites with grade at surface as well as oxides. So it gives us a lot of confidence that this could be a very homogeneous really good grade system
There is risk when you do see oxide mineralization that you have some enrichment at surface. We don't know if that stops at 52 m wide.
uh Tech and Newmont are shareholders. Uh several other majors are watching this project closely
Our analog being the 11th largest producer, Los Bombas.
why tech bought 9.9% of it last year
I think you're most imminently will be permitting announcements from Peru. we're going to try to do our best to work on these acquisitions the next 60 to 90 days.
That permit is underway. We're making great advancements there
we have some trench results coming next week from there
